This article provides the steps on how to access the web interface of your VoIP phones. Accessing the web interface of a VoIP phone allows navigation and configuration of its settings.
Please note that to access the web interface, a computer connected to the same network as the device is also needed.
First step is toget the IP address of the phone: This process may differ depending on the phone model. If you do not know the IP address of your phone, please see the linked article below.
When you have the IP address, open your web browser and enter the IP address in the browser to connect to the built-in configuration editor in the phone. (In case if entering the IP address to the address bar does not load the page, Use https:// at the beginning).
After successfully opening the page, you will be prompted to enter a username and password to access the web interface.
Note that the passwords of the phones are customized via their GUI. This is helpful in increasing the security of the device when it is connected to a network. Since the default user account login has been changed for security purposes, you should contact the support team to access the username and password.
